# Warranty – Aviron Active Support

Aviron provides two hardware warranty tiers — a Standard Limited Warranty and a 20-Year Limited Warranty — covering rower, treadmill, and bike machines. An Accessory Warranty is also available for Aviron-branded accessories.

---

## Standard Limited Warranty

Aviron Interactive Inc. will replace or repair any Aviron Product found to be defective in material or workmanship under the following coverage terms:

- **Structural frame and drive motor (treadmills):** 10 years from date of initial shipment
- **All other parts:** 1 year from date of initial shipment

Applies to: rower, treadmill, and bike machines by Aviron.

---

## 20-Year Limited Warranty

Aviron Interactive Inc. will replace or repair any Aviron Product found to be defective in material or workmanship for **20 years from the date of shipment**, subject to the following conditions:

- Applies to rower, treadmill, and bike machines by Aviron
- Equipment must be **purchased directly through Aviron's website**
- Requires **consistent and current fee payments** of the initial recurring (monthly or annual) membership
- For multiple Aviron machines, the warranty applies to the primary machine and any subsidiary machines with memberships tied to it under the same email address
- The primary Aviron machine membership must be **activated within 90 days of the order date**; failure to do so causes the 20-Year Limited Warranty to revert to the Standard Limited Warranty
- The 20-Year Limited Warranty will **revert to the Standard Limited Warranty** upon cancellation of the initial recurring (monthly or annual) membership
- **One-time prepaid or "perpetual" membership offerings do not qualify** for the 20-Year Limited Warranty

---

## Accessory Warranty

Aviron offers a limited warranty that all Aviron accessories will be free from defects in workmanship under the following terms:

- **Coverage period:** 12 months from date of purchase
- A valid proof of purchase is required
- Upon request, the consumer must provide information to reasonably prove the date of purchase
- Aviron will make all reasonable efforts to resolve problems before determining, at its discretion, if the product is defective
- Aviron will bear the cost of shipping the product to the local designated return facility and back to the customer after completion of service
- At its discretion, Aviron will determine if the defect requires the item to be replaced
